Our systems include Biochar Production Units with integrated Combined Heat & Power (CHP), Woodchip Drying & Preparation Lines, Wet Scrubbing Filtration Systems, and fully commissioned SWIP & IED Compliant Waste to Energy Plants. We also deliver bespoke flue gas recovery and emissions control solutions to support clean, closed-loop energy use.

Our biochar technology is fast becoming the front-runner in the market—trusted for its efficiency, reliability, and compliance. Designed and manufactured in-house, each system is optimised for practical operation, supporting carbon removal, emissions reduction, and local heat and power generation.

Located next to our main factory, our Research & Development Centre operates a full-scale C1000 plant—producing high-quality biochar while generating heat and electricity used on site. This live demonstration site underpins our commitment to innovation, performance, and practical impact.
